Lyndon Brown

Board Member

Lyndon Brown was born and raised in a Christian home, the fourth of seven kids, attending church regularly and even serving as an altar boy in a Greek Orthodox church. In 1977 Lyndon committed his life to Christ and was later baptized, with a refreshed commitment, in 1981.

Having gone out on his first missions’ trips in the early 80’s, Lyndon felt a strong calling to the mission field and found himself being used by God in various countries around the world. The torch was lit.
Lyndon married the love of his life, Terri, in 1987 and they were blessed with two sons, Joshua and David. The family continued to grow in Christ, and Lyndon continued to serve in various ministries (men’s groups, children’s church, home fellowships, etc.) and other family activities (sports, scouting, camping, etc.).

With a background in engineering and construction, Lyndon was often used to help with various church and orphanage building projects. Feeling the continual call of Missions, he started his own construction company in 1999 to allow greater flexibility for missions’ work. In early 2000 he began serving regularly with churches in Mexico. He has led numerous construction outreaches to various churches and ministries in Mexico and was part of the initial group that God used to start a men’s discipleship center (Rancho Poiema) near Ensenada. Lyndon continues to enjoy all the blessings that God has for him in Family, Church, Missions, and His business. Lyndon and Terri continue to reside in Southern California and look forward to the marvelous things God continues to do in their lives, as they continue their Grand Adventure until the day of His coming.
